"Death by Debate"
The Fantastic Four arrive in Washington DC to testify in front of Congress, but from the time they arrive, they are attacked by second- rate super villains. The FF enter the committee chamber and the attacks continue through those slated to testify before the FF. Finally, the FF get to testify in front of Congress as they discover that a strange device is controlling the attacks. The FF neutralize the device but they are attacked by one more person, a congressman who declares that the FF have staged the attacks in order to defeat the act.
