While doing a public appearance, to benefit children, Diana ia attacked by a flying woman, named Silver Swan and she has sonic powers. The attacker turns out to be the one time child-hood pen pal of Maxine Sterenbuch. Silver Swan is saved from certain death as Maxine shouts a warning about a hidden attacker. Silver Swan takes it as aggresion by Wonder Woman and pours on her attack.
