Item Biography

"Vampire in the White House"

Prez provides aid to the country of Moravia to build a canal, earning their gratitude but incurring the enmity of neighboring Transylvania.

Wolfman, an emissary from Transylvania, demands the canal be destroyed. When Prez refuses, a legless Count Dracula accosts Prez in the White House and orchestrates a plot to plague Washington with rabid vampire bats.
