When a man overhears a plan to kill Superman, he knows that he has to let the Man of Steel know immediately. Sadly, the one thing stopping him from being believed is his reputation as a practical joker.

"Babble, Babble, Toil and Trouble"

Mister Mxyzptlk is back; this time he chooses to use his magic based on what he heard in a school classroom. To Superman's dismay, everyone in Metropolis is now speaking different languages. Making matters worse is that he may not have a chance to get the imp to say his name backwards; the magic changes a person's language every 10 seconds.
