"The Time Powered Peril"
To help his favorite charity, Superman offers to make a commercial for a watch company. In the commercial Superman subjects a watch to various hazards from which the watch emerges unharmed and still works. After the filming of the commercial, a watch company employee is mugged and has the watch stolen from him. Once in his possession, the criminal finds that when he comes in close proximity to Superman he gains fantastic super powers.
