The Mobile Skybike Launcher was a toy seen often in the live-action Captain Power TV show, but was not produced until the second wave of toys were made, and only then in low quantities.
The Skybike came with small accessories and instructions, but no additional figures and was non-electronic like previous Captain Power vehicles.
