The Phantom Striker was the Bio-Dread Empire's flying craft.
Using light sensitive technology, the Phantom Striker could fire invisible beams of light at other Captain Power toys with the same technology, or at the TV at certain parts of the "Captain Power" live-action TV show or the animated training videos.
You would collect points hitting the targets, but if you got hit too many times, the Phantom Striker would eject the action figure inside the cockpit.
The Phantom Striker Gift Set came with vehicle, instructions, BlastPak 1200 and Lord Dread action figure. This set is believed to have been only available in the UK.
