The Interlocker was Lord Dread's throne.
Using light sensitive technology, the Interlocker could fire invisible beams of light at other Interlocker toys with the same technology, or at the TV at certain parts of the "Captain Power" live-action TV show or the animated training videos.
You would collect points hitting the targets, but if you got hit too many times, the Interlocker would eject the action figure inside the cockpit.
The Interlocker came with vehicle and instructions but it didn't come with any figures.
