Zartan was the leader of the Dreadnoks. He and his vehicle, the Swamp Skier, had the ability to change colors when exposed to sunlight.
The Swamp Skier was a one-man vehicle with accessories, blueprints/instructions and came with Zartan. Zartan came with filecard on the box, removeable chestplate, weapon, and a backpack that contained a disguise.
