The Marine Assault Nautical Transport; Air-Driven (or MANTA) was one of the earliest mail-away vehicles in the 3 3/4" G.I.Joe line.
Flag Points printed on the back of the package could be mailed directly to Hasbro for this item, which came sealed in a bag, with several small parts and blueprints/instructions for assembly.
No figure came with this item, and the MANTA was never offered in stores.
