The Heavy Arillery Laser (or HAL) was one of the first vehicle playsets created for the 3 3/4" line of G.I.Joe figures.
This playset came with 'Hawk', accesories, and blueprints. There are two versions of this that exist: one with straight-arm figure, and one with "swivel-arm", released in 1983.
