Kobra Khan was the Evil Eternian Snake henchman of Skeletor, but later showed his true allegiance to the Evil Snake Men.
The Kobra Khan Action Figure's feature was a "hypnotic mist" spray that shot from Kobra Khan's mouth when you pushed down on his head. In reality, this was accomplised by removing the head and neckpiece of the figure and filling the figure with water.
The figure included a laser pistol accessory, and a Mini-Comic which featured the characters from Masters of the Universe.
