"Razor Bats" is a Hobgoblin Special that acts as a Level 4 Fighting Attack, and may make an additional attack against a differnet opponent.
Note: Original Overpower characters did not include the 4th Stat, Intellect, until the release of the Marvel IQ Expansion.
