"Optic Obliteration" is a Special card playable by Cyclops that allows him to avoid an attack made with a Universe card.
Universe cards are cards that boost single power card attacks, usually with either a +1, +2 or +3 mechanic.
*Note: Original Overpower characters did not include the 4th Stat, Intellect, until the release of the Marvel IQ Expansion.
