Collector's Notes: The Cosmos Holofoil looks very similar to the Cosmos Reverse Holofoil but features a shimming galactic outer space pattern around the border and within the artwork of the card.
As of this writing, this Cosmos Holofoil was a promotional card packaged with the Charizard EX Super-Premium Collection set.
