Tales of the Legion of Super-Heroes in "The Chemoids are Coming!"
The Legion stops Doctor Mantis Morlo from conducting his experiments, which are causing poisonous radiation. Morlo refuses to stop his experiments and sends his Chemoid robot to fight the Legion. The Legion stops the robot and stops Morlo's experiments.
Later Princess Projectra goes to her home planet of Orando with a group of Legionnaires, where a mysterious black cloud is encircling the planet. They discover that Doctor Morlo is responsible.
