The female ambassador of Taltor arrives on Earth, and surprised to see males leading the Legion. After sometime the female Legionnaires find that their powers have been boosted dramatically.

Tales of the Legion of Super-Heroes in "Ladies First!"
The Invisible Kid fears it is a space virus that is giving the female Legionnaires a boost in powers and they are quarantined. It is soon discovered that it is Ambassador Thora of Taltor who has given them there increased powers and mind-controlled them to hate men. The girls take on the boys, until Supergirl is able to break the Ambassador's control and saves the day.
