A retelling of the origin of Captain America. Steve Rogers is rejected from entering the military due to his 4F status. He is enrolled in the top secret Super Soldier program and is transformed. The man who held the secret formula is dead, his equipment wrecked. The Red Skull has his operatives out to track down the program's secrets.
