"Torr!" Parts 1 and 2
Paul Ramsey is on trial for murder of his friend John Carter, and has nothing to say in his defense. How can he tell them that he and his friend tracked a UFO to Earth and were confronted by the alien Torr? After announcing his intention of annexing Earth for his race, Torr performs a mind transference with John Carter, and leaves to embark on his quest of subjugating the planet, taking Ramsey with him for safe-keeping. Ramsey steals a policeman's gun and shoots Carter's body, killing Torr. 13 pages.

"Midnight in the Wax Museum"
Master thief Pierre La Roc is caught red-handed, and flees pursuit, seeking shelter in a wax museum. At midnight, the statues come to life, making La Roc flee for his life into the arms of the police. 5 pages.

"I Am the Fantastic Dr. Droom!"
A Tibetan Lama requests medical help, and a western doctor, Anthony Droom, responds. He must overcome several trials to reach his patient, the Lama, who reveals that his time on Earth is through, and he chose Droom as his successor. Having seen Droom pass his tests, the Lama transfers his powers and passes on, leaving Dr. Droom as the protector against the dark forces that threaten our world. The character is a prototype for Marvel's Doctor Strange, and would later have his name changed to Doctor Druid. 5 pages.
