"The Escape of...Monsteroso!" (V-307) by Kirby. 13 pages.
A circus owner hears a report on the radio of an alleged space ship crashing in Africa, and goes in the hopes of getting a new attraction for his circus. He finds the gigantic Monsteroso, apparently dead. When he brings the monster back to the museum, it revives, and the military are called in to subdue the creature. They ultimately manage to sedate Monsteroso, just in time for a space ship full of even larger aliens, Monsteroso's parents, who come to recover him.

Professor Henry Fletcher has a new theory so wild that he dare not tell anybody...except the janitor. Fletcher proposes that mankind's history is being guided by alien visitor, living amongst us in disguise. The janitor tells him he needs more rest, and sends Fletcher home before stripping off his human disguise.

Horace is a practical joker, but his tricks are wearing on everyone's nerves. They decide to turn the tables and teach him a lesson by dressing up like aliens and scaring him. Horace overhears and decides to ruin their prank by peaceably going along with the 'aliens'. He is halfway to Mars before he realizes his predicament.
