Reuben Flagg has just joined the Plex Rangers...not exactly a jump-up. Reuben used to be an actor making big money, now he is down in the dirt and corruption trying to make it better. First thing is that he has to convince people that the teleplays are subliminal and sending messages to them. It would seem his only believer is Raul the Cat who can also see the images.
