*The Astounding Elite is a full color comic that makes tribute to the Silver Age of comic books and other typical concepts covered in classic comic books by doing a light-hearted parody of those stories. In order to bring back the spirit of those comic books, The Astounding Elite #1 presents a team of characters that fit some major superhero archetypes.
In trying to piece together the puzzle, those characters are coupled with some of the most famous concepts of the genre: extravagant superhero headquarters, rogue galleries, trophy rooms, weird villains, secret identities... and even a reporter girlfriend! All in all, lots of innocent and crazy fun suitable both for kids and nostalgic adults.
