"The Ghost Who Haunted Batman"
Batman encounters the Gentlemen Ghost as he interrupts a robbery. Afterwards he returns home to recover, but Alfred is missing. Returning to the Wayne Foundation, he learns from Lucius Fox that there is a new player in town, who may be trying to put Wayne Corp. out of business.
