An earthquake has struck Gotham City, causing a number of buildings (excluding Wayne-owner properties) to fall. Commissioner Gordon has been pinned under debris.
Batman manages to save Alfred, and attempts to swim out of the Bat-Cave. Meanwhile, Barbara Gordon has gone to the police station to attempt to get things moving.
