"Gothic, Part 3 of 5: The Burning Nun"
Bruce returns to his old school to obtain an audio tape of his old teacher doing readings to the class. He tracks the teacher's voice to Austria where Batman visits a monastery and learns the story of Brother Manfred who made a deal with the devil during the Black Plague to live for three hundred years. Batman visits Manfred's deserted monastery only to find the blue prints for the Gotham Cathedral.
