Batman finds himself embroiled in a sky-jacking at a Gotham City airport, where hundreds of passengers are held hostage. The skyjacker is demanding three million dollars and the release of a prisoner, Monk Devlin, whom Batman recently sent to prison on a lengthy sentence.
