"Panic on Park Avenue"
The Scorpion and Mister Hyde ambush Steve Rogers, believing him to be a member of S.H.I.E.L.D., whom they've both recently formed an intense hatred of. Steve's agility and battle savvy ends up taking them both by surprise.
In Harlem, the Falcon has his credibility and allegiance questioned by the people on the street. Falc walks away, simmering with indignation and humiliation.
Steve, now costumed as Captain America comes to his friend with a puzzling conundrum. How had he been attacked this night, by two men who were supposedly dead?
The secret lies in the recent past when both Scorpion and Hyde were held in suspended animation in the lower storey of Mister Kline's house. The pair of villains mistakenly presume that the technology that held them prisoner belonged to S.H.I.E.L.D. Hence, the vendetta against the organization and its agents.
Fearing that the deadly duo would target Sharon Carter through her connection to Steve Rogers, Cap and the Falcon race to her apartment. In time to tussle with the two, but not in time to prevent them capturing Sharon and escaping down the same manhole they sprang from.
Nick Fury also appears opportunely; cigar-smoking and cussing, but receiving a Captain America right-cross for his troubles.
