"Man and Wolf, Part 2: City of Wolves"
Cap and Doctor Druid alight in a Massachusetts town full of Werewolves. To make things worse, it appears that they are being created by a serum made from meta-human Werewolves (Jack Russell and John Jameson to name a few). Wolverine, following a scent on the wind, is also drawn to the macabre town of Starkesboro.

Rachel Leighton has flashbacks to her past predicaments. Her present tormentor, Crossbones, returns with an ultimatum.
