Sharon seeks help from a therapist as the Super Human Civil War starts and Captain America leads the anti-government forces. He battles with Iron Man, leading the Government forces. Sharon is used by Tony Stark to capture the rebel leader, Captain America but she betrays Stark and S.H.I.E.L.D. Sharon's therapist is revealed as Dr. Faustus, who is working for the Red Skull/Lukin.
