Captain America helps a young baseball player in his struggles against drugs. Neither suspect that the drugs are being supplied by the alien race the Tzin, as part of their secret plot to overthrow the Earth.
"Drug Lords"
The alien race, the Tzin, are back, and this time they've used their drugs to form a supervillian group, the Drug Lords, consisting of Weed, Crack, Ice, and Ms. Fix. This time, Captain America is not alone, as he fights alongside the New Warriors. Silhouette must make a hard choice to reject the drugs that promise to help her walk again, but at the cost of lifelong addiction.
