On the trip back to Earth, Mar-Vell has a near-encounter with a black hole, resulting in a return to his & Rick Jones' original arrangement: one of them trapped in the Negative Zone, trading places by use of the Nega-bands. Meanwhile, a Kree mission to retrieve a dormant Sentry runs afoul of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Heli-carrier. The Sentry is reactivated, requiring the attention of Captain Marvel.
