"The Hanumar Road"
Conan meets Janissa the Widowmaker as they take work together protecting Kalanthes priest of Ibis from Thoth-Amon of the black ring of Stygia. While on their trip we learn Janissa's tale, from being born daughter of a wealthy merchant to her days of rape and torture at the hands of the Bone Woman's demon horde. Those days, months, years spent fighting the demons in the pit turned her into a finely tuned weapon for the dark and mysterious Bone Woman.
