"Empire, Part One: Nightfall" - Jackie Estacado has overthrown corrupt government of the nation of Sierra Munoz and set himself up as its new ruler. He and Professor Kirchner have set themselves up here to provide a place for prodution of their new designer drug called "nightfall". After surviving an attack by rebel freedom fighters, Jackie and Dr. Kirchner meet with a Miami drug distributer, Gerry Kiffin, to make arrangements to move their new 'product'.
