"Rock Around the Cosmos!"
As the Fantastic Four leave the underground base of the late Gregory Gideon, a lone survivor of the fight awakes and tries to escape but is discovered by a powerful being called Shaper. The Shaper grants the wish of the survivor, Slugger Johnson, and turns the earth into a throwback to the 1950's where two rival "gangs" fight for supremacy. The Youthies, a biker gang of young men and women fight against the adult Patriots. The FF are split as Johnny and Medusa join the Youthies and Ben and Reed are taken in by the Patriots. Each group is hypnotized to take a very powerful weapon from the Brain as the two divided teams collide.
