"War on the Thirty-Sixth Floor!"
The FF are coming home but they find their homecoming to be anything but welcoming. The Sandman and the rest of the Frightful Four have returned and are trying to take control of the Baxter Building as they nearly succeed but for the help of a former member. Thundra arrives to save Ben, since she still wants to be the one who defeats the Thing, as they turn the tide on the Frightful Four and take back the Baxter Building. But the next crisis is brewing as Namor leads an army into New York to exact his revenge on the FF and all surface dwellers along with his other surprise, Sue Richards.
