Dr. Santini has come to the call of Reed in order to help transform the Thing back into Ben Grimm. But an evil villain gets to the doctor first and takes his place and instead of helping the Fantastic Four, he plans to destroy them. The imposter uses Reed's equipment to turn Ben against the FF.
