*Roscoe Dillon, the super-criminal who pulled his capers in the guise of the Top has died. The cause of death was determined to be close contact with the super-speed radiation generated by the Top's super-hero foe, Flash. However the Sultan of Spinning is not one to die quietly, post-humously summoning Mirror Master, Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Weather Wizard, Captain Boomerang and the Trickster together. The Top's last recorded words tell of his final escapades and leave and ominous challenge for the members of the Rogues' Gallery.
