Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow make their way through Cobra Island to reach Zartan. Prof. Appel sacrifices his life to save Ripcord in the quise of Zartan after realizing Ripcord really does care for her and he needs to be sent to find Candy. The extraction team of Flint, Quick-Kick, Alpine and Spirit leave with Ripcord, unaware it's really Zartan.
