"Alliance of Convenience"
The civil war heats up between Cobra Commander's and Serpentor's troops. Dr. Mindbender has succeeded in acquiring aid from the U.N. and the Joes now must support Serpentor's side. As an all-out battle breaks out, Destro's army comes ashore to complicate matters.
Issue contains a detailed breakdown of who's on who's side and the separate teams of Joes needed due to their specialties. Also contains a map of the island and directions of each of the forces.
