Cobra Commander (Fred) puts on an arms show for various nations' leaders, but is subsequently ambushed by Zartan, who has led a party including Billy, Tyrone, Raptor, and Captain Minh to Cobra Island. Destro and the Baroness apparently retire from the arms business.
