Obsessed with finding out what Cobra Commander is up to, Duke gives a special mission to the Joe's best tracker, Spirit, find Cobra Commander. Spirit tracks down the Commander and the trail of devastation he left in his path until he finds him but it is the Commander who has been hunting Spirit, not Spirit hunting the Commander.
