GI Joe finds the location of Cobra Island and a scout team that includes Wheeljack and Bumblebee is deployed with one goal in mind: bring Optimus Prime back online. The rest of Joe team gears up for a full on assault on Cobra island. Cobra Commander's only ability to save himself from an attacking Optimus Prime is Megatron. Megatron is still trapped by Cobra Commander in his gun form, but in order for him to help Cobra Commander, they have to make deal.
