A wormhole accident sends Joes and Cobras to Cybertron at the same time it zaps several Transformers on Cybertron and sends them to different points in Earth's history. This time stream dispersal will destroy the Earth, if the Transformers are not returned to Cybertron.
On Cybertron, Shockwave has captured many of the Joes and Autobots and closed Teletran 3. Lady Jaye and Roadblock are able to reactivate the wormhole allowing Dusty, Gung-Ho, Shipwreck and the Dinobots to return. The Dinobots unleash their power and displace the Decepticon army and Shockwave. The Earth is saved and the Joes and Cobras return to Earth. Much later, Dr. Mindbender meets Cobra-La.
