Ghost Rider makes a deal with an avatar of Lucifer to get the location of the kidnapped children. Upon finding them, he battles another avatar and comes face-to-face with the angels Vraniel and Emmael who claim they wish to aid him in vanquishing Lucifer. With the children rescued, he can finally set his plan in motion.
