While this issue is labeled #3 on the cover and in the inaccurate Image indicia, the story is titled Part 2, continues directly from #1 and ends with a continued next issue box. As this was scheduled to be a three-issue mini-series, it appears that despite the numbering, this is indeed the second issue.
