Dr. Alloy's parole hearing goes as he planned, and he is released. He is a well-meaning, but overreaching mad scientist, and his schemes to help the world often do more harm than good. So, when he plans to rid the community of the crime-boss Goon with his killer robot, Bruno, it takes the interference of a little old lady to save Goon's life.
