"The Champions"
When a N.A.S.A. experiment goes wrong in orbit around the Earth, it causes part of the experiment to crash land in an isolated area of wilderness in the San Juan islands off the coast of Washington state. The U.S. government deems it necessary to recover the item and "chooses" Green Arrow to accomplish the job.
