"Time is The Rider That Breaks Us All"
After being interrupted, the Hawk God punishes the Starhawks but that opening allows Protege to usurp power from the Gods. The Guardians try to escape through the Beyonder's universe but Mephisto reaches in and steals Talon. Mephisto is able to take the amulet from Talon, giving him untold power. Back in the Guardian's time, as a pair of constables search for a fugitive they run into Mind Scan who forces them to fight to the death.
