"Icicle vs. the Power of the Eraserhead"
A new villain has joined Madame Synn's organization, his first job is to eliminate Icicle. To young Icicle's surprise the attack comes during a fashion gala hosted by her friend Donnah Hannah, aka Lady Arcane.
Note: Sparkplug does not appear in this issue due to her alter ego being de-aged to 3 years old.
