"A Plastic Christmas"
Just when Plastic Man and Woozy think they can settle down to a quiet Christmas, two problems crop up. The first turns out to be Impulse, still looking for a place to store the dangerous chemicals he found in his closet. The second is mischief supplied by Mister Mxyzptlk.
